You must have your chapter’s Eventbrite account linked to the WIPN Organization and create events with certain properties/setups for them to properly sync to wipn.org for registration.

Create an Eventbrite account through https://id.auth.eventbrite.com/u/signup/ using your WIPN-provided Google Account for signing in.

Do not add any payment methods or add any events to this specific account.
You must wait for your account to be invited/have access to the primary WIPN Eventbrite organization before creating any events

Once your account is created, send an email to [email protected] and [email protected] letting us know what WIPN account email you used to create the account and we will invite it.
Do not create any events
until your account has been invited and added to the primary WIPN account/organization. Once added, you may proceed with the steps below when creating a new event.

Once you’ve been added to the WIPN Eventbrite account, you’ll need to go Manage my events
Make sure you select the WIPN organization to proceed under the WIPN account. NOTE: If you do not make sure you’re on the WIPN organization, your event will not be placed automatically on wipn.org and will not be protected behind member authentication
After selecting the WIPN organization you’ll land on the dashboard. Navigate to the sidebar and choose the Events
tab.
Then you may select a pre-existing event to make changes, or you can select Create Event
.
When creating an event, you may choose to fill out details from scratch, or you may use Eventbrite’s AI event generator. This is a great way to scaffold a new event that can then be modified. The screenshots below relate to creating the event from scratch.
Select photo(s) for the event. These should be 2160x1080 (2:1 landscape ratio), or the tool will allow you to crop a photo automatically. You may use free stock photography from unsplash.com as well as imagery placed within the Shared WIPN Google Drive folder.
